Eleanor Graham was a children’s author and reviewer of children’s books for the Sunday Times and others. As an editor she worked for both Heinemann and Methuen and became editor for Penguin’s Puffin imprint during the Second World War.

The Children who lived in a Barn is an adventure story following five children left alone when their parents leave on business for a couple of weeks. They suddenly find they will have to survive by themselves for much longer.
