Eleven illustrations by acclaimed English artist Edward Bawden.
A bright copy with Edward Bawden’s tidy, calligraphic ownership signature on front end page, the ink of which, transferred a bit to the front jacket flap. Near fine book with tanning on back end pages in near fine jacket. Back jacket publisher’s advertisement proclaims Westhouse “also publishes Women’s Books” Simply lovely.
